Heath has over 27 years of experience in chemical engineering, process safety, automation, and controls. He has extensive experience in batch specialty chemicals, as well as refining, pipelines, and pulp and paper. His expertise extends to startup experience, project management, and team leadership at facilities in multiple countries. Heath’s current role helps clients implement digital solutions that deliver on the promise of Industry 4.0 through data acquisition and the latest analysis tools.

Greg Coleman is the Machine Design Group Leader at the Hargrove Greenville SC office. Greg has 37 years of experience in machine design. Half of this experience was derived from working for OEMs. He is experienced in conceptual design, prototype development, and production equipment and has experience with machining, weldments, castings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission components. He has worked in textile, packaging, fiberglass, carbon fiber, pulp & paper, nonwovens, chemical, rubber, and other industries.
