Oliver Lythgoe is chief marketing officer for the Fetis group, an international engineering group with presence in 9 countries. The group works with most of the leading names in hydraulics and provides machine design, prototype, and electronic control services. An electronic engineer by training, Lythgoe worked on many machine integration projects for construction and agricultural machines with OEMs in Europe, USA, and China during his time at Perkins Engines. This evolved into product concept marketing, developing a deep understanding of off-highway industry technology trends. More recently, he worked as a senior marketing manager with processor design company ARM with responsibility for the automotive sector. Autonomous vehicles and functional safety were a major focus of the hardware and software projects.

Prior to SIKO Products, he worked for Leuze Electronics managing the North American operation, supplying optical sensors, safety systems and automation products for the packaging, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and over 30 years of experience in automation, Dave has extensive knowledge and a proven track record within the industry. He has held various positions at Bosch Rexroth, including application engineering, product development, sales, and product management. In his current role, Dave manages the control and software portfolios, integration of new products and technologies, and works with customers to develop industrial automation and digital transformation solutions.
