This session will overview integration of hydraulics with electric power systems. It will offer an evaluation of what approaches to take when integrating these systems, best practices for doing so as well as a real-world example with a heavy equipment OEM.

About the Presenter
Jay W. Schultz received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1999. He has spent his career at Parker Hannifin holding various positions in engineering, sales management, marketing, and program management. In his current role, Jay is responsible for bringing Parker’s electrification technologies to market, helping to define new product platforms, and managing large customer programs. He also defines key business development initiatives to increase Parker Hannifin’s brand in the mobile electrification marketplace. He has written and contributed numerous articles and has spoken around the world on the topic of electrification.
